Borghild Dahl could barely see and only had vision through the small opening on ONE EYE. she would need to hold a book as her eyelashes touched the book in order to read. After all the other children went home she got on her hands and knees as a child to see the lines of the hopscotch game so she could join in the next day. This is just a small fragment of her life as a child and adult. Until a miracle operation gave her 40 times more vision and opened up the whole world to her.
she now found it thrilling to even wash the dishes, seeing the brilliants colours of the suds and the sparrow in the garden in the snow. Imagine getting excited about washing dishes.
